March proudly attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony for 100 Hamilton Street, Bound Brook, NJ, also known as “The Rail.” We have taken on the role of construction manager for this project, developed by Denholtz Properties and Redwood Real Estate Group.
This upcoming six-story, 143-unit property will be located across from the town’s train station in the downtown area.
It will feature studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans with an average size of 811 square feet. Apartments will showcase upscale materials, appliances, and finishes.
Some units will have balconies and large terraces, while all residents will enjoy access to amenities such as a furnished courtyard with lounge areas, a 4,030-square-foot club suite, a game room, a yoga studio, and a co-working space.
The project also includes plans for 650 square feet of retail space and a garage with 149 parking spaces.
The site falls within a federally designated Opportunity Zone, making it eligible for certain tax benefits associated with multi-year investments.
Additionally, “The Rail” will be conveniently located near the Brooks Art Center, various shops, restaurants, and offers quick access to major highways such as interstates 287 and 78, as well as Route 22.
